Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist :

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist :

4 years of previous experience within the manufacturing and light industrial sector

Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation for the Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist :

Salary Range : $33 / hour - $37 / hour depending on professional experience

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
