Responsibilities for the Technical Writer:
- Develop high-quality materials including PowerPoint presentations, white papers, websites, and marketing assets that align with brand standards
- Work closely with engineers and end-users to translate technical healthcare IT solutions into accessible, engaging narratives tailored to various audiences
- Engage with technical teams, clinicians, and leadership to understand project goals, workflows, and technological impact in healthcare settings
- Create persuasive content that highlights business value while educating stakeholders about technical solutions
Qualifications for the Technical Writer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in content strategy, graphic design, or a similar role—preferably in healthcare or technology sectors
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
- Ability to distill technical information into clear, engaging content
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital platforms and presentations
Compensation/Benefits for the Technical Writer:
- $90,000 - $110,000
- Hybrid schedule
