Responsibilities of the Warehouse Management System Trainer:
- Provide over-the-shoulder coaching and training on the operation of SAP WMS after initial training sessions.
- Participate in daily meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and updates.
- Assist in the review and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures post-training.
- Collaborate in the development of coaching materials and training checklists to enhance training effectiveness.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a warehouse worker or team leader.
- Proficiency in operating a warehouse management system, specifically SAP WMS.
- Familiarity with drafting and revising warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.
- Experience in leading and providing technical direction to warehouse staff.
- Proven track record in warehouse operations, from worker to supervisor or higher roles.
- Salary range: $85,000-90,000 yearly Overtime.
