Piper Maddox have been engaged on a Project Acquisitions role for a leading owner and operator of sustainable infrastructure across a variety of distributed energy projects.
This business started as a smaller, nimble, entrepreneurial environment, and has continued to grow its footprint in the DG space – they are now at an inflection point where they are growing the volume and diversity of their assets.
They are looking for someone to work on the commercial side of the contract negotiations. You will be working with a multi-disciplined team in a highly collaborative role - Legal, Finance, Sales & Engineering. You will be leading on end-to-end distributed energy project acquisition, managing on agreements that have been negotiated, all the way to final sign off of the agreements.
