What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief People Officer position at Piper Maddox?
Piper Maddox have been engaged on a Chief People Officer search for a rapidly growing developer in the RNG space. Their portfolio of biogas project is geared towards serving industrial, commercial and residential customers in the US and Canada.
They were founded 6 years ago and currently have 5 active projects in South Carolina, with a further 5 in construction. They are going through an aggressive phase of growth, after a $100million investment, and are planning to increase company size 10 fold in the next few years.
They are looking for a Chief People Officer to set up, own and run the full HR and Talent function, including P&L ownership and sitting on the executive leadership team.
Requirements :
- Start-up experience
- Experience running full HR and Talent function
- Recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Happy to wear many hats and roll sleeves up
- Employee compensation & benefits experience
- Experience implementing and building process, procedures and policies
- Leadership experience
- Experience working at a company that has scaled / grown quickly
- In office in Charleston 5 days per week
