PROJECT NEED
**This is a backfill position for a project we are supporting through end of 2025**
Document Administrator
Hybrid - San Francisco, CA (2days onsite/wk)
Requirement & Background:
- Strong communication skillset, specifically when working with all levels of personnel, both within the Company and outside firms.
- Ability to handle several requests and receipt of documents in various forms from various sources at the same time.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, self-starter, ability to keep himself/herself busy and initiate projects.
- Detail orientated
- Comfort to read and identify basic information in commercial and legal documents, ability to understand legal terminology and legal entity organization,
- Efficient in obtaining and return of signatures to requesting parties
- Strength with inputting of metadata into SharePoint database.
