Requirements
- Expertise in data analysis, software development, and lab equipment operation.
- Ability to design and develop innovative solutions that enhance system performance.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to advance BESS technology.
- Knowledge of BMS, power electronics, inverters, or energy storage.
- Familiarity with CAN bus, Modbus, or other industrial communication protocols.
- Familiarity with battery safety standards (UL 9540, UL 1973, IEC 62619).
- Experience with battery cycling, knowledge of battery degradation analysis, and thermal testing.
- Knowledge of Big Data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python visualization libraries)
