Piper Maddox is partnering with an exciting leading community and DG renewable energy IPP who are looking for a excited and dynamic Land Agent/Land Manager to help their growing team expand into new markets.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in negotiating land agreements, building relationships, and navigating the complexities of land acquisition in the energy sector. As a key player in their development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing land opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects move forward successfully.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-8 years of experience in land acquisition, leasing, or real estate negotiations.
- Renewable energy experience preferred but not required.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure agreements.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as needed (25-50%).
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry certifications preferred.
