Operations Assistant (Business Planning Team)

We are currently recruiting for 2x Operations Assistant for product shipment and bill processing. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients logistics and financial processes related to niche products and system integration services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and adept at efficiently handling routine tasks.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with various internal and external business groups. You will play a key role in managing daily shipments and billing activities, as well as maintaining communication with locations in Korea, and manufacturing subsidiary in the U.S.
Primary responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Manage Daily Shipments
- Revenue Processing
- Communication with the parent company and manufacturing subsidiary, ensuring alignment and smooth operation across all business units (Korea / USA)
- Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, such as logistics, finance, and sales, as well as external partners, to support seamless operations and address any issues that may arise.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed records of shipments, revenue transactions and generate reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve logistics and financial processes, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, finance, or a related field, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industry, and experience with international communication and coordination is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Battery Energy Storage Systems or similar products is a plus but not required.
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in logistics, revenue processing, or a similar role Preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. and Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluence in Korean is necessary in order to communicate with Korean colleagues in HQ.
