Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in HVAC technology and renewable energy systems
- Strong leadership skills, including experience managing cross-functional teams
- Ability to implement project SOPs and drive technical delivery
- Hands-on experience in presales, design, construction/installations, and commissioning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
