Project Manager - HVAC / Geothermal - Hybrid Role - Can be based in a state on Easter Time

As the geothermal industry has experienced substantial year-over-year growth and with the technological innovations spearheaded by its founders, this company joined up with an established partner in the sector in 2024, appointing their current CEO to lead the business toward significant advancements in all critical metrics.

They possess a patented system design that enables them to achieve equivalent results while using approximately 10% of the land area required by a traditional geothermal system. Their distinctive system is applicable across various sectors, although they will primarily target larger scale C&I. Additionally, they have recently secured a facility that will serve as their performance center for R&D, testing, training, and product development.

Background

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field / Fully Qualified trade background in relevant field
• HVAC / MEP background
• 8 years of experience
• Customer facing exposure
• Implementing Project SOPs
• Experience managing engineers, sub contractors, working through technical, delivering projects on time and within budget
• Ideally this person will have experience in a hands on role and refer back to that if needed
