Piper Maddox have been retained on a search for a Project Manager focusing on pre-construction.
This is for a C&I solar developer, soon looking to expand into EV Charging and Storage, and to then become a full IPP by owning and operating the assets.

This role will be based in Chicago 5 days per week, relocation provided.
Responsibilities
- Working on project management from contract signing to construction
- Including design, interconnection applications, project management administration
- Working on some procurement and estimating
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in clean energy project management/development
- C&I solar or renewable energy experience
- Based on-site in Chicago 5 days per week - relocation provided
- Excellent project management skills with ability to synthesize complex risks and opportunities into succinct and actionable directions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and accountability
- Strong interest in joining a dynamic, fast-paced business environment
