What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Operations Specialist position at Piper Maddox?
We are partnered with a top international brand in renewable energy to grow their dynamic Treasury operations team! This is a cross-functional, strategic role within a global team with excellent mentorship and growth opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead regional and global CMP projects using automation and innovation, including virtual bank accounts, digital payments, and cash automation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional banking partners, negotiating contracts and optimizing financial structures.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as Virtual Bank Accounts, Real-Time Payments, Blockchain, Open Banking, and APIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to shape the company's treasury future.
This role demands expertise in cash management innovation, banking partnerships, regulatory compliance, project leadership, and strategic foresight. To be a great fit for this position, you should have:
- 5 years of experience leading cash management & payment processing solutions in corporate treasury, banking, and or consulting environments.
- An eye for process improvement and experience leading software and systems implementations with support from IT
- Great Project Management skills, including excellent communication and collaboration abilities
We are seeking applicants in the Tri-State Area with an expectation of 3x in office visits per month.
