We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join the Services & Industrials team in our Minneapolis, MN office as part of our 2025 Full Time Investment Banking Analyst Program starting June 2025.

Our analysts work closely with senior bankers to make a real impact on our clients' businesses through involvement in all facets of investment banking activities including equity and debt offerings, valuations, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and strategic advisory work. On a day-to-day basis our analysts:
Create financial models
Conduct financial valuations
Create and maintain industry-specific business development books
Conduct industry- and company-specific research
Interact with clients and senior bankers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a top tier school; finance or accounting preferred
- Must have a May/June 2025 graduation date; December 2024 grads will also be considered
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Extremely detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Candidates must be able to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects at once and learn quickly
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
