- Bachelor's degree and 1 - 2 years of Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience
- Biotech market domain knowledge required
- Public equity capital markets and M&A transaction experienced preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
