The anticipated starting salary range for Minnesota and New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors .This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.

- 1 - 2 years of Investment Banking experience at the associate level or other relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop rapport with existing and potential clients
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees
