The CRMA/PSS performs a wide variety of tasks including assistance with activities of daily living, responding to routine and emergency calls, performing routine nursing duties, and personal care activities and medication distribution.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6a-6p (Work 24 hours and get paid an 8-hour baylor bonus!)
CRMA/PSS Job Duties:
- Assists residents in our traditional skilled care unit (nursing home) with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, dining and activities.
- Assists residents with activities of daily living, including but not limited to, dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
- Documents residents’ activities of daily living.
- Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
- Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed, under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
- Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
- Answers signal lights promptly.
- Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
- Safely prepares, administers, and charts oral, topical, and suppository drugs.
- Follows administration protocol. Administers medication only upon a written physician’s order.
- Records administration of the medication on resident’s medication administration record. Discards medication refused or otherwise not given and refusals.
- Reports medication errors or reactions to medications immediately to the Assisted Living Manager.
- Performs accurate pulse and blood pressure and recognizes their significance in drug therapy.
