Piper Shores is Maine’s premier nonprofit continuing care retirement community, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing Care for our residents with a person-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in serving healthy and delicious meals to residents in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods.
- Provide friendly and caring service to residents when serving meals and in all interactions
- Assist with all levels of meal service including taking orders, dining room prep and cleanup.
- May assist with vegetable, fruit, salad or side preparation. Prepares and serves non-alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred; will provide training to entry-level candidates
- Warm and friendly demeanor with a positive approach to interacting with Seniors and co-workers
- Ability to move and carry food and trays including bending, stooping and lifting
