What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at PIPER SHORES?
We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our talented culinary team. This position is responsible for line preparation and execution for dinner service and has a regular schedule of Monday-Friday with no late nights or early mornings.
Experience and skills we’re looking for: At least 2 years of culinary experience with some prior fine dining experience required. Strong culinary skills with an ability to work an a la carte line efficiently and with a high level of quality. Strong understanding of culinary fundamentals including food handling & safety, sanitation, station set up, plating and closing.
