Objective
The Account Manager will manage data entry, data integrity, and analysis for Spronk Brothers. This candidate will work directly with owners and production staff to provide accurate biological and financial records with industry expertise.

The Account Manager will manage data entry, data integrity, and analysis for Spronk Brothers. This candidate will work directly with owners and production staff to provide accurate biological and financial records with industry expertise.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze, communicate, draw conclusions, make predictions from, and present information effectively and professionally with swine producers, vets, feed mills and nutritionists.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a demanding fast-paced environment.
- Expand and foster existing grower, production, and contractor relationships.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel for report generation.
- Continually fill in as needed; multi-tasking will be required routinely.
- Assist production staff in making animal health-related interventions.
- Evaluate economic impact of and assist in making pork production decisions.
- Basic understanding of commodities risk management and livestock marketing.
- Ability to understand statistical design and analysis as it relates to wean to finish performance data.
- Other duties as assigned
- Slat level farm visits as requested.
- Animal Science, Agricultural Business or Accounting Degree preferred
- MS Excel and/or Access
- Agricultural experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience and livestock background helpful, but not required
- Prior livestock production experience preferred: example production supervisor, vet tech, DVM.
- Office setting. Occasional slat level work.
- Must be willing to work early morning or evening meetings as needed.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work.
