What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Assistant position at Pipestone Outdoor Power?
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Create and send invoices.
- Keep track of money owed by customers, and update records with new payments and customer information.
- Recording customer / job information as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing customer equipment pick-up and delivery and other events as necessary.
- Maintaining inventory and office supplies as needed.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Maintaining a line of communication with main office.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
