- Support swine producers with product knowledge and industry expertise during the order placement process.
- Develop economically viable solutions to enhance customer experience and longevity.
- Coordinate the delivery of products and supplies to customers.
- Foster existing relationships and expand our client base.
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail for quality service delivery.
- Champion projects and engage team members in implementation.
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Provide livestock industry and supply chain insights as needed.
- Facilitate strong communication and collaboration within the team and departments.
- Drive results-oriented performance.
- Assist in the Warehouse as needed, ensuring accurate and efficient order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Education: An Associate's degree in animal science or a related field is preferred; however, education and experience will be considered.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in the agriculture field or demonstrated client interactions are required.
