Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for working directly with swine producers to provide product support and industry expertise within the order placement process. You will also provide economically viable solutions to improve customer experience and longevity, coordinate delivery of products and supplies to customers, expand and foster existing clientele and relationships, and maintain a unified team through strong communication skills and willingness to assist other team members and departments when necessary.
Requirements
An Associate's degree in animal science or a related field is preferred, however education and experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience, preferably in the agriculture field or demonstrated client interactions. They must have a high work ethic and immense pride in getting the job done, be able to sit for 8-10 hours per day, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and attend and participate in meetings of various lengths. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
