Job Summary
As a Market Hog Loader, you will be responsible for marking loads of hogs in accordance with supervisor directions. The successful candidate will mark 20-25 loads per week across the Northwest Iowa and Southwest Minnesota region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify market-ready pigs and implement effective marketing strategies
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and maximize marketing opportunities
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans to optimize revenue
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and coordinate tasks to achieve goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- Market hog experience is an asset
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
