HVAC Tech Job Description
Job Title : 1st Tier HVAC Tech Department : HVAC Reports to : Nicholas Slocum Effective Date : 7-12-24
Job Summary :
1st Tier HVAC Tech is responsible for basic repairs, troubleshooting, and repairs.
on to Cooling and Heating equipment. Also, responsible for basic knowledge for standard hot water tanks, plumbing, and well pumps.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Supervision of any employee who is assigned to a job you are the lead technician on.
Duties / Responsibilities
Proper troubleshooting, installation of equipment and parts on equipment
Taking any materials necessary for a job that is scheduledKeeping work vehicle stocked with a variety of parts / materials specific to your area of workKeeping work vehicle clean and tidyTalking with customers regarding the current service you are performing, any necessary repairs that s?ll need to be made, talking with customers who are interested in new equipment, giving the customer literature on equipment.Receiving payments from customersUploading all necessary pictures, notes etc into the appStay as organized and up to date as possible with all open ended work, communicating with the office for scheduling of jobs when materials are delivered.Going to scheduled jobs as a technician when needed and following all guidelines for inputing materials into the app, taking pictures, billing customer etc.Lifting, moving and organizing in any capacityRequests from the Opera?ons Manager outside of “normal duties"Any and all tasks assigned by the office and or Operations ManagerRequired Skills / Abilities

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years related experience required. Valid Driver’s License
