Piping Rock Health Products is rapidly growing and looking for a Warehouse Clerk. You would be responsible for the coordination of all office functions while assisting the Distribution Manager with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient with MS Office, comfortable with technology, detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible to change, and has an entrepreneurial mindset that matches ours.

Responsibilities:

• General clerical duties including maintaining files and scanning documents
• Enter pallet spec information into Amazon and Walmart Seller sites
• Assist with maintaining a good business relationship with customers and vendors
• Assist with facility checks as needed
• Print and handle all receipts
• Organize some BOL’s for pickups and coordinate with traffic
• Assist with purchasing warehouse supplies
• Check in/out visitors/contractors
• Help with daily attendance checks and facility roster updates
• Preparation of documentation for social compliance and GMP audits
• Assist with various projects and provide additional support where needed
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Preferred 5 years of distribution environment experience
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Former Customer/Vendor interactions
• Experience in a busy warehouse environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superb organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively deal with a wide array of people.
• High proficiency with MS Office and other business-related software
• Must comply with GMP requirements
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Ability to work in a physically challenging environment, including bending, twisting, and standing for up to 8 hours
• Work environment may be exposed to periods of sitting in an office
