Facilities Maintenance Tech 1st Shift

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will repair and maintain building, flooring, painting, cleaning, and other miscellaneous activities.  To perform routine maintenance, and repairs of facility. Responsibilities: Support and maintain multiple facilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building and material handling equipment. Assist in relocating or installing building equipment as needed. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility and production system and equipment Help maintain a professional, safe, and organized production facility Perform other tasks as assigned Involves work in multiple buildings near each other Some weekend and work after business hours required Must have the ability to work with vendors and tenants in a professional manner Supports, encourages, and complies with all company policies and procedures including Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job training Prior experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field preferred but not required.   Role’s Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to stand for 8 hours Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment     We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!
