Printed Packaging Specialist

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):•    Processing purchase orders: Reviewing purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, and submitting them to vendors.•    Inventory control: Monitoring stock levels, identifying reorder points, and managing inventory data.  •    Order tracking: Following up with vendors on order status, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any discrepancies.•    Data entry and recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dates.  •    Reporting: Generating reports on purchasing activity, cost analysis, and supplier performance.•    Communication: Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding purchasing needs and any potential issues with orders. •    Additional duties as assigned     Ingredients Required (Qualifications):•    3 Years’ experience in Printed Packaging Procurement•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)•    Must be proficient in both print and digital graphic design•    Quality control of creative outputs in line with brand standards - including proofing and reviewing deliverables and project processes•    Strong attention to detail •    Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal•    Extremely organized with ability to prioritize work activities and use time efficiently, detail oriented•    Must be able to work independently as well as work with a team•    Able to adapt to change in the work environment, managing competing demands and able to handle frequent changes.  We proudly offer: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Company Match, Pet insurance and more!
