Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist / Coordinator with expertise in Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and ISO compliance. This role will be responsible for managing quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards, and overseeing the NCR process to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, process audits, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, or ASME/ISO-regulated industries.
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
✅ Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma, or similar quality certifications.
✅ Knowledge of Standards: Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ASME, API, and other industry-specific quality standards.
✅ Technical Skills: Experience with quality documentation, QMS software, and audit processes.
✅ Problem-Solving: Proficient in root cause analysis (RCA), 8D, and CAPA methodologies.
✅ Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for process improvement.
✅ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, training, and team collaboration.
✅ Flexibility: Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

- Conduct internal quality audits to identify process gaps and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Coordinate with production and inspection teams to ensure that quality control measures are consistently applied.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformances and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in ISO and customer audits, ensuring all quality documentation and records are in compliance.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee understanding of quality procedures and best practices.
- Generate quality reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
