Project Planning & Management :

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables for creative projects.
• Maintain efficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment, ensuring projects stay on track despite tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Source and organize creative assets to support the team in initiating or advancing projects.2. Collaboration & Communication :
• Act as the primary liaison between the Creative Department, Wholesale team, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings to align project goals, address challenges, and manage expectations.3. Resource Coordination :
• Assign resources, prioritize tasks, and manage workloads within the creative team.
• Partner with department heads to ensure proper allocation of talent for specific projects.4. Quality Assurance :
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and align with the company's vision.
• Manage creative routing through proofing software to ensure timely approvals before finalizing projects5. Process Improvement :
• Develop and refine project management processes and workflows to improve team efficiency and productivity.
• Implement tools and systems to track progress, gather feedback, and maintain transparency.
• Additional duties as assignedIngredients Required (Qualifications) :
• Experience : o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment.o Background in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
• Skills : o Strong understanding of creative workflows, including design, content development, and production processes.o Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multitask.o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.o Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.o Strong interpersonal skills to effectively provide constructive feedback and foster collaboration with artists
