Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Smile Creation Specialist will include:
- Providing dental services to patients with the support of your team
- Taking care of patients, participating in activities to promote the company's image, joining morning huddles, planning the day, and appreciating the team's efforts
- Loving working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. You should also hold a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or be eligible for licensure. Other certifications required include CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (for specific states).
