Salary:
This role offers a competitive compensation package with uncapped bonus potential, including a guaranteed base pay in excess of $250K. Additionally, FT providers are eligible to participate in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, and 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match.
Job Description:
As an Orthodontist at Pippin Dental & Braces - a Benevis company, you will provide high-quality orthodontic services to patients with the support of your team. Your primary responsibilities include taking care of your community by participating in activities to promote a positive image of the company, joining morning huddles, planning your day, and letting your team know how much you appreciate them. You will also be responsible for loving working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base) and creating beautiful smiles and memorable experiences while promoting a positive company image.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, a Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program, and a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Other certifications such as CPR, Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA), and compassion for providing dental care to both children and adults are also required.
