Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our premier hospitality destination, overseeing both our high-volume Tasting Room and award-winning Wedding operations. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team leadership across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across all departments: Kitchen, Tasting Room, Events, Garden & Grounds, and Wine Production
- Lead and develop a team of 5 department heads and their assistant managers
- Guide decision-making around wine production and release planning
- Drive financial health through cost control, forecasting, and revenue strategy
- Uphold luxury service standards while managing high guest volume
- Foster a motivated, professional, and positive culture
- Ensure operational excellence across both daily service and event execution
- Be visibly present during peak hours and support guest-facing interactions
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of General Manager experience in a luxury hospitality, culinary vineyard, or events-focused operation
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control, forecasting, and making data-informed strategic decisions
- A hands-on leader who inspires and motivates teams while setting high standards

Schedule & Expectations:
The General Manager is expected to be present during peak business days, especially weekends. Schedule flexibility is available and encouraged, so long as operational and leadership goals are met.
