Your Role:
- Menu Development: Assist in crafting seasonal menus and specials, ensuring excellence in flavor and presentation
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff while fostering a positive and professional environment
- Operational Excellence: Support the Executive Chef in optimizing kitchen processes, efficiency, and food quality
- Service Coordination: Partner with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless, high-quality guest experiences
