Track Marshal

Piquet Entertainment & Race Park in Loxahatchee, FL is looking for one track marshal to join our growing strong team. We are located on 16169 Southern Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

We are seeking a motivated individual who can operate various aspects of our Kart Track, including all preventative maintenance of the track, safety precautions and related work as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

· Loves Racing! Smiling throughout your shift is what we need.

· Mechanical experience and ease with tools and basic repairs.

· Shows eagerness to learn new skills and programs.

· Optimistic, friendly and can get LOUD. Ready to collaborate with guests and co-workers with a helpful attitude.

· Ability to walk, run, jump, or stand for long periods of time. Has the ability to lift up to 100lbs.

· Able to work: days, nights, holidays and weekends.

· Always maintains safety standards.

· Prior guest experience preferred.

· Able to perform duties in a loud and fast paced environment.

· Pass standard health and substance test.

· Work outside during heat, cold, light rain.

· 18 Years

Responsibilities:

· Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines in a friendly and confident manner to Guests

· Operate Go Karts track and related work as assigned.

· Process Guest races in the POS and Timing Systems.

· Make sure karts are running and operating properly.

· Clean, tidy, in uniform, and always self-prepared for exposure to any/all weather conditions.

· Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.

· Observe, instruct, and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.

· Completes to—do lists independently with minimum supervision accurately and timely.

· Provides a safe racing experience for every participating Guest.

· Work as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contribute to the efforts of other departments.

· Operate various mechanical equipment, maintains, repairs, and cleans karts, track, and briefing areas.

· Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.

· Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Piquet Entertainment & Race Park policies and procedures.

· Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.

· Perform inspection and maintenance on track and karts to ensure safety is #1 and that all precautions are perfectly implemented.

· Communicate professionally and clearly via 2-way radio
