Piramal Critical Care (PCC) is seeking a dedicated and driven Product Manager with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on the development and management PCC’s Full Line of Products (FLP) portfolio. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of PCC pharmaceutical products, from pre-launch to post-launch monitoring. The Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Supply Chain and Business Development, playing a key role in the success of the product portfolio, ensuring products meet clinical needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end management of generic products, including development, market launch, and post-launch performance evaluation. Ensure product portfolio meets customer needs and are commercially successful.
- New Product Launches: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to manage comprehensive launch plans, including detailed timelines, strategies, and action steps. Oversee new product introductions and ensure effective execution across all teams.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and customer feedback studies to identify new product opportunities, competitive trends, market changes, clinical swings, and gaps in the market. Adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategic product plans, ensuring that all product requirements are met, and timelines are adhered to.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective messaging and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and adoption. Provide ongoing support to sales teams with tools and insights to ensure success.
- Pricing Strategy: Assist in pricing strategy development, ensuring competitiveness in the marketplace while maintaining profitability. Analyze market trends and develop competitive pricing strategies. Monitor price and unit growth trends, adjusting pricing tactics as needed to drive revenue and profitability. Responsible for building and updating annual Finance budget and Sales LOS and entering into the financial software systems.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance of products post-launch, including sales, market share, market trends, competitive swings, and customer feedback, to ensure continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving & Risk Management: Identify potential issues or risks related to market changes, launch, or market swings, and work to resolve them proactively.
- Supply Chain: Manage market changes with internal supply chain team to forecast, adjust, and manage needed inventory to respond to changing markets and contract obligations.
- Travel required: 10%.

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in – Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on generic products.
- Experience managing multiple products simultaneously and collaborating across departments.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and requirements, particularly for generic drugs (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Experience with product pricing strategies and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with the commercial aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including marketing, sales, and distribution channels.
- Experience in regulatory submissions and knowledge of the ANDA (Abbreviated New Drug Application) process for generics.
- Familiarity with digital tools and analytics platforms for market and sales data analysis.
- Experience working with IQVIA data.
