Job Overview
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Distribution staff picks orders accurately / efficiently and support the warehouse supervisor. It is issuing cycle counts, updating SOPs and providing daily support to the 3PL functions, communicate well with leadership and team members, implement continuous improvement project to support the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete daily functions and reports supporting the 3PL business including updating spreadsheets and downloading reports.
- Contacts the trucking companies to arrange pick-up cargos from PCC's warehouse to the port or airport. Prepares necessary documentation such as bill of landing, packaging list, invoice and other required documents by the Customs, Airline companies and TSA.
- Assist in driving new SAP process, train employees, trouble shoot issues
- Monitor & react to inventory levels at 3PL (Cardinal) to ensure stocking levels meet demand, work with PCC Management to expedite material, adjust inventory, and communicate issues internally
- Ensure all orders are processed and executed in a timely fashion. Resolve order approval issues.
- Communicate order delays and update daily shipping log
- Manage domestic orders oversight to meet customer requested date, communicate customer delays to PCC Management
- Maintain US Supply Chain procedures and work instructions including initiate approvals for procedures and work instructions, distributes new and updated procedures and work instructions for approvals and training acknowledgement
- Work with management to ensure all KPIs are meeting customer requirements
