The Details
We own and operate several entertainment locations on the OC boardwalk and surrounding shore areas. They include mini golf, an escape room, mirror maze, and more. We have a little bit of everything! It is our job to put a team in place. It is your job to lead that team to its highest potential. We offer training and development to help lead you to succeed. As with any seasonal career, there will be nights, holidays, and weekends, but there will also always be fun!
Requirements
The right person will bring enthusiasm to the leadership role! Must be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Being highly organized and able to work well under pressure is also required. This is not a boring desk job - this is an on the go, always something to do, position. But most important – the right person recognizes and will ensure that everyone who visits our locations are making memories that last a lifetime.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations of the location
- Create & maintain team schedules to ensure proper staffing
- Train & guide team members to their fullest potential in their position
- Supervision of your team and their respective duties during their shift
- Inspire a fun, positive work environment for all!
- Monitor & restock supplies as needed.
- Assisting cashiers
- Ensure proper constant cleaning of the facility
- Communicate maintenance issues with upper management & follow up to ensure proper repairs are completed
- Maintaining the utmost level of customer service to our patrons
- Professionally handling any customer issues with the intention of turning the situation into a positive opportunity
