Position Overview :
We are looking for a Culinary Operations Manager to lead Pirate Ventures newly created culinary operations division. As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary department, from menu development to execution, as well as operating a catering and central commissary kitchen.
Responsibilities :
1. Culinary Strategy and Menu Development :
- Develop a culinary vision and strategy that aligns with our company's brand and target market.
- Create menus that cater to various guest preferences, dietary requirements, and event types.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including sales and daily operations, to Deliver the Unexpected to our both our daily service and event guests.

The pay range for this role is :
75,000 - 80,000 USD per year (Washington, DC)
