Hawaii Permanente Medical Group (HPMG) is seeking an experienced HRIS / HR Analyst to join our team. This position will support the management and maintenance of the HR systems and provide HR operational generalist support and project management. Key responsibilities include ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes, reporting, and project-based initiatives. Primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to, HRIS, benefits, retirement, compliance reporting, audit processes, and program administration. The HRIS / HR Analyst will support the effective utilization of HR technology in achievement of department and company objectives. Must be a proactive analytical HR generalist with meticulous detail orientation and proven experience in HRIS and HR operations. This position is based at 711 Kapiolani Boulevard in Honolulu, HI and requires onsite presence.
JOB DUTIES
- Supports the maintenance and optimization of HR systems to ensure change control, UAT, systems administration, and data and system integrity.
- Provides first level support of benefit interfaces and processing.
- Develops reports and dashboards, produces metrics and data insights that may be utilized to improve decision-making processes.
- Supports HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, which require extensive project planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Performs retirement plan administration support and maintains system documentation for 401(k), profit sharing, and qualified and non-qualified pension.
- Follows established procedures for updating, validating and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
- Performs HR generalist functional operational tasks such as open enrollment, benefits administration, annual audits, compliance reporting, on / off-boarding, and HR Service Center.
- Performs program administration for various initiatives that support our physicians, providers, and administrative specialists.
- Manages posting of HR communications in departmental systems and company intranet sites, ensuring information is current and relevant.
- Assists with HR query training for departmental users.
- Performs other essential duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The salary range for this position starts at $89,040. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications.
