Job Overview
Pirros is seeking a Senior Engineer to come work with us out of our office in LA. Currently, the engineering team consists of 2 exceptional engineers plus the CEO, so you will play a crucial role in developing and scaling our platform as we work towards transforming the way architects and engineers work.
As the third engineering hire, you will work directly with the founders to shape the tech stack, product roadmap, and processes. As the first Senior Engineer on the team, you will take much more ownership of product development practices, roadmap, and management of other engineers. We want you to join us as we disrupt one of the oldest industries in the world!
Key Responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will include building out the engineering team further and optimizing product development processes. This position is meant to grow in the role to take on the CTO position at the company.
- This is not just a people management position. You will still be heavily involved in developing new features to accelerate growth. We are growing very fast and are struggling to keep up with feature demands. This will also include strategizing product roadmap and tech stack choices to ensure we are using all of our resources effectively.
- You will play a crucial role in the success of the company and will work directly alongside the founders to keep moving the company forward.
