Our business was established 15 years ago in Plano, Texas. Recently, we expanded with a new exciting territory in North Texas. Sherman will be the hub; however the Territory is very large. Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.

Our goal is to grow the new territory and double the size of our business. Do you have what it takes? Are you ready to take ownership, with the owners support, to double the size of the business? Results will be expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our territory, including prospecting and cold calling
  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions using our hydraulic hose products and services
  • Territory Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and market penetration
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure timely delivery, service resolution, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial, automotive, or hydraulic service industries.
  • High school diploma required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, self-motivated and goal-oriented, and ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and/or industrial hoses, fittings, and related products is a plus
  • Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sales) is a plus
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the assigned territory
