Job Description:
This is a Field Sales position, reporting directly to the business owner.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our territory, including prospecting and cold calling, visiting construction job sites daily.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions using our hydraulic hose products and services
- Territory Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and market penetration
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Customer Support: Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure timely delivery, service resolution, and overall customer satisfaction
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial, automotive, or hydraulic service industries.
- High school diploma required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing abilities, self-motivated and goal-oriented, and ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust
- Familiarity with hydraulic and/or industrial hoses, fittings, and related products is a plus
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the assigned territory.
- Can log sales activity utilizing company provided technology. Familiar with Micrsoft business products.
