In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and solving hydraulic problems, removing, identifying, fabricating, and installing hydraulic and industrial hoses. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and solve hydraulic problems
- Remove, identify, fabricate, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses
- Start and test equipment
- Evaluate the condition of equipment and recognize any other potential hose failure
- Check and fill hydraulic oil, where required
- Maintain clean, well-running work vehicle, inventory, and tools
- Develop relationships and demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers as well as with internal team members
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on site when possible
- Perform all work safely and with high quality
- Provide after hour 'on-call' assistance (every 2 to 3 weeks)
- Generate new business through sales calls and provide records of such
- Assist in training of new employees
- Perform other related duties as assigned
