What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate/Audit Assist position at Pisgah Inn?
PISGAH INN is hiring a Seasonal, full-time Front Desk/Audit Assist (At the peak on the Blue Ridge Parkway) for our 2025 season. Our season is April 1st to November 1st each year.
Responsibilities:
* Shift available: 2:30 pm or 3:00pm to 10:00 pm (Front Desk/Audit Assist)
* Checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations as well as checking them out
* Reconciles all accounts
* Hotel and Front Desk experience preferred
Requirements
- Experience using spreadsheets such as Excel
- Customer Service Skills
- Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.
- Must pass background check
- Computer Experience
