We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional serving as a bridge between product management - business stakeholders and the development teams. The Business Analyst collaborates with the team in defining business needs, identifies solutions, and supports the development and optimization of Pison's products.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, development team, QA and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure all parties are aligned on business and product needs.
- Communicate effectively to ensure that product concepts and requirements are accurately understood and implemented by the development teams.
- Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure that development tasks are clear, concise, and actionable for the development teams.
- Collaborate effectively with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that products or services meet specified requirements and standards.
- Help Product managers improve requirements based on current implementation and technical opportunities.
- Conduct meetings and workshops to gather information from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and development tickets.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
