Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Landscape Construction Supervisor to support our landscape installation projects. This role is responsible for assisting with project planning, scheduling, and communication between teams, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of landscape construction experience an be adept at working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Working closely with the install and design teams, assist in the coordination and scheduling of landscape installation projects

· Provide daily support for field crews with logistical needs, problem-solving and goal setting

· Conduct site visits to oversee work quality and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards

· Daily upkeep of project management software that addresses scheduling, project punch lists and cashflow

· Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the business owner

· Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met

· Work up costing for prospective installation projects

· Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

· Coordinate material deliveries and ensure necessary resources are available for scheduled work

· Track budgets and expenses to ensure cost control and efficiency

· Provide administrative support, including invoicing, contract writing and record-keeping

Qualifications:

· 3 years of experience in landscape construction management or a related industry

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail are a must

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in project management software (including Microsoft, Google, Adobe and Monday)

· Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints

· Knowledge of landscape installation processes, materials, and best practices

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
