Associate Art Director
The Associate Art Director will lead the art direction for Pistola Denim, working closely with the
Founder and Brand Director to develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand’s
vision and business objectives. This role involves a blend of creative leadership, strategic planning
and collaborative execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop art direction with visual story-telling, design process for marketing materials, digital, print and social media while ensuring consistency with the brand identity and aesthetics.
- Elevate and evolve the site aesthetic while supporting the overall brand direction.
- Along with the Brand Director oversee art direction, image selection for all photography including look book, e-commerce, and any marketing assets needed.
- Support in newsletter ideation and creation.
- Lead talent casting for all photography.
- Art direction on set both in studio and on editorials.
- Collaborate with the social media team on social content as needed.
- Participate in strategy meetings and partner with merchandising and creative teams to translate business strategy into creative concepts and compelling content.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creatives to produce high-quality visual content.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered in appropriate formats for various channels.
- Follow market visual and social trends to make decisions that will maximize the business.
