Job Overview: Game Room Attendant work to provide customers with fast and friendly service while ensuring accuracy at the counter. Game Room Attendant generally take orders, ring them up on a register, collect payments and make change, and issue receipts. Cashiers are often asked to help with other tasks around the place of business during their downtime.
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests and always maintain a friendly attitude.
- Respond to questions and help whenever necessary.
- Help guests operate machines.
- Accept payments and provide a receipt to every guest.
- Provide reports to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and game area.
- Monitor guests to ensure they are following game room rules
Requirements:
- Great interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving at a fast pace.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be over the age of 21
