We are seeking a detailed-oriented, reliable, and experienced supervisor to join our team. In this position you will play a key role in managing some aspects of our business. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests as well as motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. Excellent flexibility, management skills, and a strong understanding of customer service is a must.
Supervisor Responsibilities
- Oversee front and back of house operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
- Maintain quality control of all food served
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
- Provide guidance and structure for staff
- Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products
Supervisor Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Proven significant work experience in management and hospitality industry
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Strong leadership skills
- Decisive and critical thinker
Nice to Have
- Associates or bachelor’s in business administration or Hospitality
- Front and Back of house experience a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
